Perry Grunt
Perry is one of The Brothers Grunt. In the first episode, The Ceremony, he was appointed "The Chosen One", but ultamatly fled the monistary and sought a new life with humans. Perry is always hunted by his brothers,Frank, Tony, Bing, Dean and Sammy, who try to bring him back to the monastery.
Description
Perry seems to be the smartest of the brothers due to him being able to understand human life and even managing to blend in with them.
Physical Description
Perry is a short and hunchbacked grunt. He has rubbery skin, and bulging red verracose veins, large yellow eyes and grey hair like the other grunts. He also wears black and white shoes and yellow underwear with large red spots.
History
Perry is noted to have a history with Frank in one episode.
He was named the Chosen One, acording to the prophesy of the 5th of Kevin. However he refused his position and ran way.
Perry Centric Episodes
In Perry's Appliance Repair he is seen managing a repair shop, and facing off against a swarm of demons from an old gramophone. In Perry Molo he is seen adopted as the leader of a native jungle tribe, however he becomes so ill he catapults himself from his throne as a result of diarrhea.
In the episode Perry Come Home Gruntus Poobah is seen using a radio to physically communicate with him in an attempt to make him returns to the Monastery.
Voice
Perry's voice mostly consists of high pitched growls and screaches.
Trivia
- Perry is the shortest of his brothers
- Perry appears quite frequently on the show, despite the show's stated emphasis on Frank, Tony, Bing, Dean and Sammy. Perry appears in over half of the series' episodes, while Bing is in fact the least-featured of the brothers.
- The music from Perry's appearence in the episode Land Of The Midnight Grunt would later on be heard in some episodes of Ed, Edd and Eddie, the Cartoon Network show Danny Antonuuchi is best known for.
