Vince is a former member of the Brotherhood of Grunt and the only human member of the Brotherhood seen, aside from Ringo who'se exact position in the Brotherhood is unclear.

In Black Balled Grunt, it is revealed he was left as a baby on the Brotherhood's doorstep and was adopted by the Gruntus Poobah, who named him Vince on Ringo's suggestion. However Vince refused to live at peace with his brothers, playing pranks on them like giving them tofu instead of cheese and even tried to have the Gruntus Poobah chased from the Monastery, under the pretense that the Brothers would never eat cheese again. However, he was stopped and thrown out himself by Ringo.
